Resolved: Doesn’t ship an item I purchased
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I didn’t receive any direct answer but the item I bought and had been considered impossible to send seams to be on its way.
I ordered an item and they sent mail saying that there was a delay in delivery. Now another mail saying that it cant be sent because the item wasnt available.
I just bought it back and was there.
Very very bad service and i cant contact them by phone. Not in English or in german

I ordered a Nike in size 38.5 and to my horror I received a Nike size 36.5. Its obviously just a human error and I can send back and change.
